Legacy is the management company for Ranchero Village.
The HOA is the main conduit to communicate any concerns and comments directly to Legacy.
Legacy Resident Portal
A New Resident Portal was launch by Legacy in August 2025.
This new portal replaced the prior software system that Legacy had in place that allowed residents to set up an account and enter auto-pay information related to their lot.
The new ResidentPortal still allows you to set up auto-pay and has other features available on the site.
Legacy sent out communications to current residents alerting them of the software change, letting them know they needed to set up a new account along with their banking information to continue on using the auto-pay feature. Within this communication, Legacy provided the new website address to set up new account information. That was the only documentation provided to residents.
Many residents were having trouble trying to trying to set up an account or were afraid they might not do it correctly and needed assistance. The Legacy office staff could not field all of the calls or assist the volume of people arriving at the office asking for help.
The HOA volunteered to help our residents get set up on the new system. Two board members have been assisting for over two weeks. And due to the volume, there are not enough hours in the day to help everyone individually.
The HOA board took the task to create comprehensive documents to answer our resident's questions.
Below are two documents. One is a short 20-page document that explains how to setup a new account and auto-pay. The second document is much longer which explains navigating the site once you are set up.
Legacy Rules and Regulations
Many of our residents have questions regarding the rules and regulations pertaining to our park. The below document should provide answers to these questions.
