The most recent copy of the Ranchero Village Prospectus has been uploaded to our website.  This was provided to the HOA from the Legacy staff.

We have reserved a block of seats for the following performances at the Suncoast Dinner Theater.  If you are interested in attending, a deposit of $35.00 is due by May 1, 2026. 

Contact Sydney Runkles (lot 200, (321) 297-7539) to remit your deposit to reserve your seat.

 

All performances below are matinees.

  • October 10, 2026 – Pretty Woman

  • December 3, 2026 – Christmas Carol

  • February 20, 2027 – Aint to Proud (life and times of the Temptations)

Still Looking for email Addresses

Since Legacy launched the new ResidentPortal in August 2025, the new software would not allow them (Legacy) to send out email blasts to all residents with an email address on file.

  • The HOA tried to help with this issue until Legacy corrected this software issue by compiling an email list to keep residents apprised of Legacy issues.  From August 2025 until December 2025, over 100 residents voluntarily provided information and requested they be added to our email distribution list.

 

**Legacy appears to be able to send out email blasts to residents**

As of the end of December 2025, bulk emails have been sent out to our residents.

The HOA is still maintaining a resident email list that we will use to send out notifications of upcoming HOA meetings and other HOA related business.  

 

You do not need to be a paid member of the HOA to be added to our email list.

 

If you want to be added to the HOA email list, please send us an email containing the following information listed below to our email account: RVHOABoard@hotmail.com

  1. Your Name​ (First and Last)

  2. Lot number

  3. Telephone number (you may specify two different phone numbers. If providing more than one phone number, specify the phone type ie: cell or landline).

  4. Your email address. If there are multiple residents at the lot and you want emails sent to them as well, please provide the secondary information within your email. 

  5. Resident status: year-round resident or a seasonal resident.
