General Information
Events at the Suncoast Broadway Theater in Hudson, FL.: The group ticket rate is as of 12/01/2025, $69 per person includes buffet meal, dessert, tax, tip and bus transportation.
Please see below for detailed information for each event.
Please Note:
Those that sign-up and pay for an event, the bus transportation is included in the price.
Residents are responsible for entrance fees and or tickets to events (entrance fees/ticket prices) must be paid in advance to the Ranchero Village HOA prior to the event payment deadline.
If the total required remittance was submitted for an event, and the purchaser of the event cannot attend, no refunds will be issued. You may sell or gift your tickets to another Ranchero Village homeowner, and must notify the Ranchero Village HOA of the change.
Please bring $5.00 cash per person for a tip to the bus driver.
Miss Saigon (April 04, 2026) was the last scheduled HOA event for this year.
We have reserved a block of seats for the following performances at the Suncoast Dinner Theater. If you are interested in attending, a deposit of $35.00 is due by May 1, 2026.
Contact Sydney Runkles (lot 200, (321) 297-7539) to remit your deposit to reserve your seat.

On Site Events
Unless otherwise noted below, events will be held at the Hacienda clubhouse.
Entertainment Committee:
This committee is busy working on shows for the upcoming seasons.
Below is a list of upcoming scheduled events. Stay tuned for additional details.

December 07, 2026 – Las Vegas style show.

February 15, 2027 – Elvis show.

March 22, 2027 – Music / Comedy trio.
Dances Committee:
April 11, 2026: The Snowbird Dance will be on Saturday, April 11 from 4PM to 7PM, at the Corral Pavillion. "Still Rockin" will be performing. Bring your own lawn chairs and refreshments. SAC will be sponsoring this event.
This is a free dance to Ranchero Village homeowners. We encourage you to tip the performers.
Women's Club:
April 21, 2026: 2nd annual "Spud Fest", and is open to all homeowners. We will have baked potatoes with all the fixings. Tickets are $10 and are on sale after Saturday coffee. A decoupage art project will be done after eating. The ticket price includes the decoupage project. Tickets will be on sale after coffee or by contacting Pam Walker #845 (704) 622-9498. Ticket sales will close on April 18th.
Men's Club:
April 16, 2026: Music Bingo - tickets go on sale on Saturday, April 11th after Saturday Coffee.
Ranchero Derby:
May 2, 2026: This event is personally being sponsored by Dennis Juda. The event is being held at the Hacienda from 3:30pm to 7:00pm. Bring your own snacks and beverages. In order to bring this event to fruition, Dennis will need volunteers to be jockeys, ticket takers, and a few other jobs. All proceeds will go to Toys for Tots.
