Ranchero Village Refurbishments

Legacy, the management company for Ranchero Village, has committed funds to the Capital Improvement Fund to refurbish clubhouses and other amenities from the $5,000,000 ( five million) dollars set aside for this project.  All of the five million dollars will be spent on these projects.

 

Huge improvements and additions to the existing structures are included in the plan.

The HOA has weekly meetings with the Legacy project manager to report the status of all projects.
